I hope yours does better than mine! I only had one for a few weeks until it bit the dust. I've never been dubbed with a "green thumb" though. Yours will probably do fine. =)
The one at school will probably do better with 19 little hands tending it.
I got this amaryllis plant the day after Christmas for $5.00. I got one to plant at school, too. I'm anxious to see if they will do well.
